WIS Living is the smart-home arm of WIS Security. Same licence, same team, same phone number — a different job: keeping the systems other people walked away from.
WIS Security has installed alarms, cameras and access control across Melbourne since 2015. Clients kept asking the same question: the C-Bus in the house we bought does nothing, the app is gone, and three electricians have told us it is obsolete.
It never was. The modules were fine. The wiring was fine. What was missing was someone who would read the project, document it, and take responsibility for it afterwards.
So we built WIS Living around that one job, then added the pieces that belong next to it — intercom, Shelly, and the alarm system we already install.

Every quote starts with a reading, not an opinion. If the module is fine, we say so — even when that means a smaller invoice.
Keypads, wiring, and working modules stay. Replacing a good system to sell a new one is the behaviour that created this market.
Every room, circuit and scene is named and written down. The next person to open that board should not have to guess.
C-Bus, intercom, Shelly and security come from us. No coordinating between three companies who blame each other.
A phone number that answers, and a monthly plan that exists so somebody is actually watching the system.
Every room, device and fault message has a real name in English and Chinese. The app switches language in one tap.
Based in Box Hill. If your suburb is not listed, ask — we travel for whole-home work.
Everything WIS Living does sits on top of a security business that already installs and maintains hardware across Melbourne: alarm panels, CCTV, video intercoms, access control and building-wide systems.
For commercial projects, builders and body corporates, the full service list lives on the WIS Security site.
